Julie Wagener (Lovell-Smith) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Julie started their career as a Marketing Liaison at Sir George Seymour College in 2004, where they worked until 2006. Following this, they joined Youth With A Mission as a DTS School Leader from 2006 to 2009.
In 2010, Julie began working at Telecom New Zealand as a Personal Assistant, and later transitioned into the role of Communications Advisor. Julie worked at Telecom New Zealand until 2013 when they joined Spark New Zealand as a Communications Manager.
In 2014, Julie joined Fletcher Building as a Senior Communications Advisor and also took on the role of Sustainability Manager from 2017 to 2019.
Most recently, Julie has been with Ports of Auckland, starting as a Senior Communications Advisor in 2019. Julie then moved on to become a Communications Manager and currently holds the position of Head of Communications.
From 2005 to 2012, Julie Wagener (Lovell-Smith) attended Auckland University of Technology, where they earned a NZ Diploma of Business in Management.
