Naor Shmuel has several years of experience in software development and team leadership. Naor started their career at PMC-Sierra as an RT Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing the company's proprietary compiler and linker and working on the development of the company's OTN-based network chip. Naor then joined Reduxio Systems as a Software Developer, where they worked on key features for the company's storage system. Naor later took on additional responsibilities as a Software Team Lead, overseeing the Reduxio StorSense client support system and integrating the product's core abilities into VMWare based data centers. Currently, Naor is working at Portshift as a Software Developer and Software Team Lead, where they are leading the backend and UI team and working on a Kubernetes-native security solution. Naor focuses on flawless coding, high code coverage, and driving the team towards achieving their goals.
