Ainsley Ooi

Ainsley Ooi is an experienced operations lead with a diverse background in administration and IT, currently serving at Portt since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ainsley worked as a corporate receptionist at JLL from August 2016 to August 2019, supporting clients such as SAP Australia and Zoetis, and honing skills in switchboard management, client greeting, and office organization. Additional experience includes a position as a scheduling assistant at Electrical Testing Services, where Ainsley managed service schedules and client communications. Ainsley began a career as a brand ambassador at SWAROVSKI and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Languages, International Relations, and Asian Studies from Western Sydney University, complemented by education at Castle Hill High School.
