Filip Rudolf is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience across multiple countries. As the Group COO of POS MEDIA GROUP since July 2010, responsibility includes overseeing operations in seven countries, managing acquisitions, and supporting group projects. Previously, as Group CFO, Filip oversaw financial operations in eight countries, managed reporting and treasury functions, and facilitated new project launches. Prior roles include Project Manager and Finance Director for OBI CR and OBI SK, where responsibilities encompassed establishing financial processes and managing accounting departments. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Director for Imige Group and Finance and Operation Director at Atlas.cz, where achievements included implementing international financial standards and supporting significant company growth. Filip holds an ACCA certification and earned a Ph.D. in Crisis Management and an Ing. in Business Economy from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
