Rene Ronchetti is the Chief Executive Officer at Posalux, a leading solution provider in micro technologies for mass production. Prior to this, Rene has held various high-level positions such as CEO at Vallorbe Swiss, Chairman of the Board at Afag Group, CEO IMA Medtech Switzerland SA at IMA Group, CEO at Komax Systems LCF SA, Vice President Simulation & Training at RUAG Defence, and Site General Manager Geneva at RUAG. Rene also has experience as CEO at Oerlikon Balzers France, Head of Engineering/R&D at Ascom Autelca AG, and Project Manager at Sadamel SA. Rene holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde and has a background in computer science and marketing/sales.
