Tonya Filz

Tonya Filz is a seasoned professional in Customer Success management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Posit PBC since March 2017. In this role, Tonya leads commercial and scaled customer success teams, focusing on account guidance and team growth through recruiting and mentorship. Prior positions at Posit include Manager and Customer Success Representative, where Tonya developed onboarding programs and managed a significant number of accounts. Additional experience includes teaching a course on customer-centric success plans at Pavilion, as well as roles in psychological testing and behavioral health at St. Vincent Health and East Alabama Medical Center. Tonya earned a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
