Melissa Colbert is an experienced behavior analyst and therapist with a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. since November 2014, Melissa has dedicated efforts to improve the lives of children in various settings, including homes and schools. Previous roles include Behavior Therapist and Graduate Research Assistant at Texas State University, where support was provided to practicum students and oversight of client programs occurred. Additional experience includes positions at Metrocare Services, Crosspoint Autism Therapy, and Mustard Seeds Therapy, focusing on therapy services for children with autism and developmental delays. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from the University of North Texas.
