Shannon O’Leary is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Michigan. Shannon began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2008. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Western Michigan University in Psychology with a focus of Applied Behavior Analysis and currently holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University. Following her board certification, Shannon has worked with individuals of all ages, with varying disabilities, in many settings including clinic, home, community and school settings. Shannon is well versed in working collaboratively with individuals, caregivers, school administrators, team members, and other service providers to facilitate positive behavior change and quality of life changes that last. She is passionate about disseminating ABA and the PBS mission to communities through marketing and recruitment in various states. Shannon has special interest in treating severe behavior, serving school districts, early intervention, pediatric feeding, and all caregiver training opportunities
