Damion Lipman

Chief Operating Officer - Disability at Possability

Damion Lipman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Disability at Possability since January 2025. Prior to this role, Damion held various leadership positions at Key Assets (Australia) from January 2022 to December 2024 as Group Director Operations and Director. Damion also worked as Director at the National Disability Insurance Agency from March 2019 to December 2021 and was General Manager of Support Services - North at Multicap Limited from February 2018 to March 2019. Additional experience includes serving as National Manager for Support Coordination at Community Solutions Group and as National Disability Reform Manager at Life Without Barriers, where responsibilities included overseeing disability strategy at the State level. Damion's career in the disability sector began in the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services, where Damion held the role of Director from 2000 to 2014. Damion earned a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from The University of Queensland between 1991 and 1994 and completed secondary education at Brisbane Adventist College from 1978 to 1990.
