Claire Savage has extensive experience in quality assurance and food science, currently serving as Assistant QA Manager at Nestlé since June 2019. Prior roles include Quality FMDP Trainee at Nestlé and Undergraduate Researcher at the Food Engineering Laboratory, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from August 2017 to December 2018. Claire has also interned at Schreiber Foods as a Food Safety & Enterprise Quality Intern and at Deli Star Corporation as a Food Science Intern. Key contributions include assisting in product development for meat and dairy projects, performing sensory tests, conducting laboratory testing, and enhancing good manufacturing practices through signage and equipment recommendations. Claire holds a degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2019.
