Previous roles include Project Manager IT, where responsibilities included managing customer service projects and mobile device management platforms; Contract & Demand Manager, focusing on service contracts and performance metrics; Technical Manager, specializing in digital communication solutions; and System/Network Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the configuration and management of LAN/WAN networks and IT platforms. Marco's early career included a position as an intern at Poste Italiane and a thesis internship at H3G. Marco holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 2003, and attended Liceo Scientifico from 1991 to 1996.
