Mauro Sellitto has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mauro started their career as an Analyst at Cap Gemini in 1999 and later worked as an Associate Consultant at Hewlett-Packard. In 2003, they joined Altran as a Consultant and then moved on to Top Networks SpA as a Senior Consultant in 2005. Mauro then worked at Accenture SpA as a Manager from 2008 to 2012. Mauro served as the Head of IT Engineering for Digital Services, eGovernment Solutions and Special Projects at Postecom S.p.A. from 2012 to 2014. Later, they joined Poste Italiane and worked in two different roles. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Head of IT Demand, Planning and Program Management for Postal & Logistics Information Systems. Presently, they hold the position of Head of Group Enterprise Architecture and IT Compliance Governance at Poste Italiane.
Mauro Sellitto earned a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 1989 and 1999. Mauro later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University from 2001 to 2002.

Poste Italiane SpA is an Italy-based postal services provider. The Company offers mail collection and delivery, printed matter and parcels, telegrams, express mail and online services. It is engaged in financial and payment services, including post office current and savings accounts, post office interest-bearing bonds, national and international money orders and currency exchange services. The Company's activities are divided into four operating segments. The Postal Service and Commercial Service includes correspondence, express delivery, logistics, parcel and philately. The Financial Service combines the activities of banking services. The Insurance Service includes the activities of Poste Assicura SpA, Poste Vita SpA and its subsidiaries. The Other Service includes the activities of Poste Mobile SpA and the Consortium for the phone services of Mobile Phone ScpA. The main shareholder of the Company is the Italian government.
