Dr. Virginie Trachsel

Dr. Virginie Trachsel serves as the Team Lead for Innovation Management Digital & Value Streams at PostFinance, where leadership of a team of six project managers focuses on driving innovation and enhancing customer experience. Previously, Dr. Trachsel held roles such as Business Data Manager and Data Scientist, where contributions included the development of a CO2 calculator prototype, comprehensive customer behavior analysis using Python, and the creation of machine learning models to optimize marketing strategies. Dr. Trachsel's earlier experience includes positions at Bundesverwaltung as an Analyste and at Université de Genève as a Teaching and Research Assistant, alongside freelance work and internships in various research institutions. Dr. Trachsel holds a PhD from the University of Geneva and is pursuing further education in psychology at Université de Fribourg.
