Lionel Mischler

Lionel Mischler is a seasoned UX Designer with extensive experience in digital product development and user experience design. Currently at PostFinance AG since October 2019, Lionel is responsible for enhancing the user experience of the PostFinance app and other digital projects. Previously, at BKW AG, Lionel managed the design and development of web portals and conducted workshops to define user personas and scenarios. As Co-Founder and CTO of BeneFeed, Lionel created a location-based promotion app while studying at the University of Technology Sydney. Lionel's earlier roles include Head of IT and Business Application Engineer at Adveq Management AG, where responsibility encompassed IT strategy and software development. Educational qualifications include a Customer Experience Facilitator degree from INNOArchitects and studies at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland.
