Andrew Ramos is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Executive and previously as a Business Development Representative at Trusted Tech Team since June 2023. Simultaneously, Andrew has been a Social Worker at Sunrise Horizon FFA since September 2020, managing a caseload of 18 foster children and addressing their mental, physical, and emotional needs. Responsibilities include diffusing crises in foster homes and assisting children with trauma in developing positive behaviors. Andrew also held the position of Head of QA Department, ensuring high standards for documentation and enhancing communication with foster parents through innovative software solutions. Additionally, Andrew has experience as a server at Postino WineCafe and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Norco College.
