Sal Khan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries and companies, including a current role as Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Postman since February 2024. As Co-Founder of SJ Talent since July 2022, Sal has focused on delivering top-tier recruiting solutions to seed and early-stage startups. Previous roles include VP/Head of Talent Acquisition at Mendel.ai and Convex, and Director of Talent Acquisition at WeWork, where significant contributions to recruitment strategies and team building were made. With a strong foundation in multinational corporations like Apple and Google, Sal has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition practices. Sal holds a BFA in Fashion Design and Photography from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from La Trobe University.
