Sarah Lye

Sarah Lye is a seasoned HR professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations EMEA at Postman since March 2021, Sarah previously held key HR roles including Director of People in the UK at NIO, Head of HR (Interim) at Octopus Investments, and Human Resources-International at Tesla. With a proven track record in managing diverse teams across multiple countries, Sarah has led initiatives such as the implementation of a centralised HR function at JDA Software and the Tesla 360 employee engagement survey. Beginning a career in the Royal Air Force, Sarah developed foundational leadership skills that have shaped a successful HR trajectory, backed by a BA (hons) in Spanish and Business Studies from Queen Mary University of London.
