Willemijn den Teuling-Weijenberg has a diverse and extensive work experience. Willemijn started their career in 2007 as a Management Trainee at Young Colfield. Willemijn then worked as an Account Manager at Engel&Colfield, a Project Leader at UWV, and as an HR intern at Ericsson. In 2009, they joined T-Mobile Nederland and held various roles such as Project Coordinator, Senior Process Manager Care, Manager System Support & Process Control, Scrum Master, Epic Owner Salesforce, and Employability Coach. In these roles, they were responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing teams, implementing new processes, and representing business users. Willemijn also worked on self-directed learning initiatives and employee development programs. In 2019, Willemijn joined PostNL as a Senior Agile Coach and later became the Chief Product Owner Data ART. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Data Foundation a.i. at PostNL. Throughout their career, Willemijn has played a significant role in driving organizational transformation and delivering results in an agile environment.
Willemijn den Teuling-Weijenberg holds a MSc degree in Organisation Studies from Tilburg University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. Willemijn also completed their VWO degree at Udens College. In addition, they are a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, having obtained this certification from Scaled Agile Inc in September 2019.
