Mike Narramore

Mike Narramore has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Director of Field HR at Potbelly Sandwich Works since January 2008, after a tenure as Director of Field HR. Prior roles include Regional HR Manager at Blockbuster, and Assistant Corporate Human Resources Manager at The Bombay Company, where responsibilities included overseeing employee relations, staffing, and management counseling for a substantial workforce. Earlier in their career, Mike managed human resources functions for Danka Omnifax and held key management roles at M/A/R/C Inc., where oversight included a large call center and employee management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Public Address from the University of North Texas.
