Stephiny Nwokorie

Stephiny Nwokorie, MPRM, is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and technical operations within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr. IT Project Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works since March 2011, Stephiny leads the IT implementation of innovative strategies, successfully deploying SDWAN and a cloud-based VOIP phone system across over 300 corporate locations. Previous experience includes roles as IT Project Manager and Head of IT at Paris & Potter (KFC), where responsibilities encompassed managing operations for more than 50 restaurants and corporate offices, and as IT Coordinator at The Portillo Restaurant Group, providing technical support for 42 store locations.
