Ozan Can Şişman is the current CEO of Potensus. Prior to this role, he served as the General Manager for the Middle East and North Africa region at Adjust, where he was responsible for overseeing all operational aspects and business development. With a background in sales and partnerships, his experience includes roles such as Head of Sales MENA and Partnership Manager. Ozan also has experience in programmatic buying, strategic demand partnerships, and account management in various companies such as Unboxed Agency, Opera Mediaworks, and Adnomia Audience and RTB Services. Additionally, he has a background in business analysis, operations management, and coaching basketball. He holds a degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from Sabanci University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ghent University.
