Jim Cohen

Jim Cohen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical services and information technology management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Technical Services at Potpourri Group since July 2013, Jim Cohen oversees staff and contractors while developing and evaluating plans and policies to meet organizational goals. Previously, Jim Cohen held various leadership roles, including IT Consultant for Independent IT Consulting and Director of Information Technology at Advanced Technology Ventures and Battery Ventures, where strategic infrastructure redesigns and budget management were key responsibilities. Jim Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University and has furthered expertise in network systems through training at Millennium Training Institute, earning certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, and various Microsoft Server operating systems.
