Norman Hawley

Norman Hawley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, public health training, and management across various industries. Currently serving as QA Manager for Potpourri Group's eCommerce Department since June 2004, Norman has demonstrated expertise in quality control and operational oversight. Previous roles include Parent Presenter at the State of Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where Norman trained Early Intervention personnel, and lecturer and panelist at Icon Science Fiction, Inc., discussing topics related to digital media. Norman's diverse background encompasses management positions at Things Remembered and Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, as well as co-founding DiscJockey.com, one of the largest Internet music networks.
