David le Master

David Le Master has a diverse and extensive work experience in the education field. David started their career as a High School English/Social Science/ELL Teacher at Poway High School in 2002. David then served as an Assistant Principal at the same school from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Westview High School as an Administrator for a period of one and a half years. David later became the Principal at Rancho Bernardo High School in 2012, where they are currently employed.

David Le Master earned a degree in History and Education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. David later pursued a degree in Education Administration at California State University San Marcos from 2006 to 2008.

Welcome to the Poway Unified School District! We are a national leader in K-12 public education. The Poway Unified School District is located in northern San Diego County, California. PUSD operates 25 elementary schools (K-5), one elementary & middle school combination (TK-8th), six middle schools (6-8), one continuation high school, five comprehensive high schools (9-12), and one adult school. 26 schools are located in the city of San Diego; 12 schools in the city of Poway. The District serves over 36,000 students, and is the third largest school district in the county.
