Sapphire Marchan has been with Power Generation Company of Trinidad and Tobago (PowerGen) since August 2008. Starting as an Operations Clerk II, Sapphire provided support to the Operations Department before moving on to become a Human Resources Assistant I and II in the Training & Development department. Sapphire holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from the School of Higher Education. Throughout their career, Sapphire has been involved in training both technical and non-technical staff across the organization.
