Wessel Joubert

Wessel Joubert is an experienced construction professional, currently serving as the Group Commercial Manager at Power Construction (Pty) Ltd since May 2017. Previously held the position of Group Commercial Director at NMC Construction Group from June 2013 to April 2017, managing commercial operations across multiple branches and subsidiaries including NMC Civils and Mokwena Surfacing. Wessel served as Commercial Director at Brink & Heath Civils from July 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities included establishing cost control systems and management procedures. From September 2003 to June 2009, Wessel was involved in new business development at NMC (Pty) Ltd, as well as overseeing contract surveying operations. Early career experience includes roles as Contract Surveyor at Neil Muller Construction (Pty) Ltd, Quantity Surveyor at Stocks Building Africa, and Concor Construction. Wessel holds an M.Sc in Project Management from the University of Pretoria and a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Free State.
