Alexei Fedotov is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Development at Powerledger since March 2020, Alexei previously held the position of General Manager Commercial & Legal and Company Secretary at Alliance Mineral Assets from March 2018 to March 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from February 2003 to March 2018, as well as lead governance roles during secondments at South32 and Wesfarmers.
