Nick Graham has extensive experience in the outdoor adventure and therapy sector, currently serving as Site Technician at Power To Be Adventure Therapy since July 2019. Prior to this role, Nick held multiple positions at WildPlay Element Parks from July 2010 to November 2018, including Elements Manager and Element Standards Manager, as well as supervisory and technical roles such as Nanaimo Park Supervisor, Victoria Park Supervisor, and Adventure Course Team Lead. Additionally, Nick briefly worked as a Fabricator at Accord Metal Fabricators in early 2012. This diverse background showcases expertise in adventure programming, risk management, and operational oversight.

Power To Be
Power To Be began with an idea: help people living with a disability or barrier to access nature. The idea grew into a community, connecting participants to adventures, and supporters to opportunities, collectively redefining our definition of ability. Based in Victoria and Vancouver, we are a non-profit organization that empowers people to explore their limitless abilities through inclusive adventures rooted in nature. We believe finances shouldn’t prevent anyone from accessing nature, and we work to remove cognitive, physical, and social barriers to the outdoors, while encouraging participants to explore who they are and what they are capable of, with the support of our staff, volunteers, and each other.
