François Niederlander has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. François began their career as a Worker at PSA Peugeot Citroën before taking on a Volontary Job at Forum Est-Horizon and an Administrator role at UEM. François then completed an Engineer Internship at ArcelorMittal Stainless Europe Research Center and ICS, where they designed and sized industrial devices in CATIA CAD and had frequent contact with customers and suppliers. In 2007, they took on the role of Coordinator at Cyclocity, JCDecaux. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Project Administrator at CBG Konsult & Information AB and a Development Engineer at PowerCell Sweden AB.

François Niederlander began their educational journey in 2000, when they earned their Baccalauréat (French secondary diploma) from Robert Schuman High School. François then attended Esstin University (Nancy, France) from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. In 2006, they participated in an exchange program at Chalmers University of Technology, completing the first year of their Master's degree in Engineering. François then returned to Esstin University, where they completed their Master's degree in 2008. From 2008 to 2009, François studied language at Folkuniversitet (Gothenburg, Sweden).
