Alexander Türpe has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Alexander started their career as a Senior Financial Consultant at MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG in September 2009, where they worked until October 2015. Following this, they joined Hays as an Account Manager - IT - Permanent in September 2015 and remained in this role until January 2018. In February 2018, Türpe joined powercloud GmbH as the Chief People & Culture Officer. More recently, in December 2020, they became a Mentor for HR & Leadership at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator.
Alexander Türpe attended The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Politische Wissenschaft und Regierung. Additionally, they obtained the CERTIFIED OKR MASTER certification from die.agilen GmbH in October 2022.
