Matthias Naumann has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Matthias began their career as a Praktikant at Siemens Healthineers in 2011. Following that, they gained further experience as a Praktikant at Deutsche Bahn Management Consulting (DBMC) in 2012. In 2015, Matthias joined innogy Consulting GmbH, where they held different roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Project Lead, providing strategic and economic advice to various companies in the energy market. Most recently, Matthias has been working at powercloud, starting in 2021 as a Management Consultant and then progressing to roles like Head of Strategic Initiatives CGO and currently serving as Head of Strategy and Markets.
Matthias Naumann completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Business - Strategy and Innovation from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Ökonomie und Kulturgeographie from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, which they received in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Matthias Naumann also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2019.
