Currently serving as Senior Account Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Powerhouse since October 2022, Carlos previously held roles at DENTCO from January 2017 to July 2024 as Assistant Director of Quality Service and Quality Service Manager, overseeing the hiring of landscapers and snow removal professionals across the USA. Carlos’s background also includes a series of positions in golf course management, such as Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, and various superintendent roles at notable golf clubs. Carlos's educational foundation includes degrees in Turfgrass Management from Michigan State University and EADE, as well as a qualification in Landscape Technician from CIFA.
