Emma Stovicek is an experienced professional in the film and visual effects industry, currently serving as an Assistant VFX Editor and Data I/O Coordinator at PowerHouse VFX since April 2022. Responsibilities include managing materials for multiple projects, ensuring timely communication among various stakeholders, and quality checking outgoing materials. Emma's software proficiency includes Autodesk Shotgrid/Shotgun, Nuke, and the Adobe Suite. Previous roles include a Music Library Assistant at Vassar College, where rare LPs were cataloged and digitized, a Teaching Assistant at Wimpfheimer Nursery School, and a Branding and Promotions Intern at WHYY, contributing to promotional content for PBS Kids. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film from Vassar College and completed a semester abroad in Cinematography and Film/Video Production at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
