Randi McKenna

Randi McKenna, MSHRM, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of North America Business Partners at PowerSchool since September 2015, Randi has also held positions as Manager, Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Strategic Project Manager, and HR Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Generalist at Sharefax Credit Union and a Human Resource Specialist at Securitas, along with a tenure as a Human Resource Assistant with the United States Department of Defense. Randi holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Management from Thomas Edison State University.
