Collin Hanchey

Collin Hanchey is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager and Electrical Engineer at PowerSecure, Inc. since October 2014. Hanchey has a strong background in designing complex emergency power distribution systems and analyzing fault currents using SKM Software. Progressing through various roles, Hanchey began as a Wiring Technician and advanced to Testing Technician and Engineering Designer, contributing to large-scale installations and ensuring compliance with UL standards. Previous experience includes working as a HVAC Technician Helper and owner/operator of a landscaping business. Hanchey holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, an Associate of Science degree from Wake Technical Community College, and a Certificate in Business Management from the same institution.
