Dwayne Smith

Dwayne Smith is a seasoned compliance engineer at PowerSecure, Inc. since March 2022, specializing in Codes and Standards guidance, UL project management, and file management. Prior to this role, Dwayne accumulated extensive experience at Bell and Howell over nearly 27 years, progressing through various engineering positions, including electrical design engineer and advisory software engineer. Dwayne demonstrated expertise in system integration, software testing, and the design of high-speed vision systems. Earlier in Dwayne's career, roles as field service engineer, engineering technician, and manufacturing final technician provided foundational skills in electro-mechanical systems and client support. Dwayne began the professional journey at WestPoint Stevens as an instrumentation technician. Dwayne holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Robeson Community College.
