Mona Goswami-Powell, CPHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Powertech Labs Inc. since October 2019, supporting the CEO/President and senior leadership team. With over two decades of experience at BC Hydro, positions include Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Analyst, and Executive Administrative Assistant, demonstrating extensive expertise in HR generalist functions, compliance with Collective Agreements, staffing, recruitment, and employee relations. Mona Goswami-Powell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and has further education from BCIT.
