Following that internship, Ryan held various technical support roles at Jamf, advancing from Technical Support Intern to Technical Support Associate and then to Technical Support Specialist between June 2019 and February 2021. Educationally, Ryan obtained a degree in Cross-Media Graphics Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (2012-2017) and pursued further studies in IT - Software Development at Chippewa Valley Technical College (2018-2019).
