Tim Lapole

Tim Lapole, MS.Ed., currently serves as a Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager at PowerTrain, Inc., leading cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive AFEM training products and managing communications with Air Force stakeholders. Previous roles include Senior Training Content Developer at Vbrick, where Tim focused on modernizing training programs, and Senior Training Content Specialist at Washington Gas Energy Services, where Tim ensured compliance and safety standards in training materials. Tim has extensive experience in instructional design across various sectors and holds a Doctorate in Education specializing in Instructional Systems Design and Administration, alongside a Master’s in Education and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology.
