Ricky Leatham

Ricky Leatham is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management across several high-profile companies. Currently serving as VP Engineering and Product at PowerUs since May 2024, Ricky previously held the position of VP Product and Engineering at KATA from January 2022 to May 2024, and provided advisory services in product and UX. At Snap Inc., from September 2016 to December 2022, Ricky was pivotal as the first UK engineering hire, growing the engineering team to 60 employees while focusing on content and growth initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at MOO, where leadership extended over a 30-member engineering team, and Software Development Manager at Amazon Development Centre, overseeing teams that developed applications for Amazon Video. Ricky's career began with foundational positions at FSB, GameAccount, and Intelfax Ltd, complemented by a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
