Bob had global responsibility for 5 sites and 750 associates operating in US, Europe, Japan, and China.

Prior to their time at Carlisle Brake & Friction, Bob was the Vice President of Operations at Renaissance Lighting, Inc. from September 2008 to June 2010.

Bob Peterson has a BSBA from Bowling Green State University in Production and Operations Management.
