Wei Liu

Wei Liu has over 27 years of experience in quality management and engineering, with a notable tenure as Sr. Director of Global Quality at PPC Broadband, Inc. from August 2011 to November 2022. In this role, Wei oversaw the global quality system across 14 sites, developed global quality strategies, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Wei has also held key positions at WaterGroup, Dumur Industries, IBM, and Qiao Xing Mobile Communication Co., Ltd., establishing a solid foundation in quality control and assurance. Wei possesses advanced education credentials, including a High Performance Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Regina.
