Christine Boring

Christine Boring, PhD, is the Head of Learning & Development for PPG, where Christine leads training initiatives serving over 18,500 employees in the United States and Canada, as well as a global workforce of over 53,000. Notable achievements include revitalizing learning programs to enhance accessibility and implementing leadership initiatives grounded in coaching methodologies. Previously, Christine served as a Principal Technical Training Engineer at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory, directing the development and evaluation of technical training programs, alongside managing budgets and collaborating on cost-saving initiatives. With a strong educational foundation, including a PhD in Instructional Management and Leadership from Robert Morris University, and a background in teaching chemistry across various educational institutions, Christine has consistently advanced the quality of education and training through innovative curriculum design and technology integration.
