Jessica Townsend

Jessica Townsend, MBA, has extensive experience in supply chain management and business development, currently serving as Manager Supply Chain Analytics and Master Data Management at PPG since January 2017. In this role, Jessica gathers and interprets supply chain data, develops performance reports, and provides analytical support for various projects. Previous positions include managing supply chain planning across multiple manufacturing sites and leading a customer sales team responsible for processing over $500 million in sales orders. Jessica's career also encompasses analytical roles in business development and strategic pricing, with a solid foundation in contract administration and engineering. Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration from Elon University, complementing a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the same institution.
