Nancy Zou

Nancy Zou is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in business partnership roles. Currently serving as an HR Manager - HRBP at Volvo Cars since August 2017, Nancy has also held the position of HR BP Manager for the China Commercial Team at PPG Industries since October 2015, where strategic HR initiatives are developed and executed for over 300 employees. Prior experience includes serving as an HR BP for Delphi's Electronics & Safety division in China from September 2007 to July 2015, and as a Recruiting Specialist for STMicroelectronics in Greater China from January 2005 to August 2007, demonstrating strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational performance. Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
