Stefano Motta is an experienced culinary professional with a significant background in high-end restaurant and hotel kitchens. Currently serving as Head Chef at PPHE Hotel Group since June 2018, Stefano has previously held leadership roles such as Head Chef at Latium restaurant and Del Mercato Restaurant Vinopolis, among others. Notable experience includes overseeing banquet operations at Restaurant SD26 in New York City and serving as Executive Sous Chef at Number Twelve Restaurant in London, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 chefs and contributing to menu development during the pre-opening phase. A graduate of IPSSAR E.ZEGNA in Italy, Stefano possesses a Diploma in Hotel Catering, which complements a robust career marked by a commitment to quality and high standards in food preparation and presentation.
