Prior to this role, Vinod Lamba dedicated over 31 years to Isgec - Presses, holding several key positions including AGM of Planning, Vendor Development & Control, Head of Maintenance, Head of Production, and Head of Machine Shop, where responsibilities included industrial engineering, vendor development, maintenance oversight, and production management, along with specific achievements in machining processes for the railway sector.
