Hamza Masalawala

Hamza Masalawala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and growth management across various sectors. Currently serving as Zonal Manager at Practo since April 2023, Hamza is spearheading the launch of the Practo One project in Pune through strategic partnerships with premium clinics. As the Founder of Royalty Fragrances, established in August 2022, Hamza has introduced a range of 100% non-alcoholic premium attars and perfumes to the Indian market. Previously, at OYO from 2018 to 2022, Hamza held multiple roles, including Head of Growth, where property acquisition and operational efficiency were prioritized, and Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on transforming standalone hotels into the OYO platform. Additionally, prior roles at Energia Wellbeing Pvt Ltd and Jaro Education involved significant responsibilities in sales and regional management. Hamza holds an MBA from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MIT School of Business.
