Pamela Culpepper is currently an independent non-executive director at Prada Group. Pamela has previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at CBOE from April 2016 to August 2019. In this role, Pamela provided strategic human capital leadership and counsel to the executive team. Pamela also served as the key interface with the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee on matters of executive compensation, talent management, and M&A.

From June 2014 to April 2016, Pamela was the Chief People Officer at Golin. In this role, they led the human resources organization and oversaw HR strategy, talent acquisition and management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Pamela began their career at PepsiCo Inc in January 2000, where they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Global Diversity Officer. In this role, they provided strategic leadership to PepsiCo's Global diversity practice. Pamela also redesigned the global Diversity model across the enterprise to support the new operating model. Her areas of focus included global talent mix and engagement, consumer/community activation, and brand reputation.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Pamela served as the Director of Human Resources at McKesson from January 1997 to December 2000.

Pamela Culpepper has a Masters of Public Administration from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
