Joseph Lubin, IPMA-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and business development, currently serving as Director of Business Development and Director of Client Services at PRADCO since August 2014. Lubin has held previous roles as Management Consultant, Human Resources Director for the City of Independence, Ohio, and Human Resources Director for the City of Mayfield Heights. Lubin's expertise includes psychological and work style evaluation, talent acquisition, executive assessment and coaching, and training program facilitation. Lubin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
